1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for using Mett! These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Jubble and Mett's other services for individuals, along with any associated software applications, technology and websites ("Services"), including personal, non-commercial use of our Services by consumers.

You form a contract with us when you confirm that you accept these Terms or when you otherwise use the Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

2. Age Requirements

Our services are available to users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional but required for certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include sensitive data (e.g., ethnic origin, political opinions, health data) if you voluntarily share it via Jubble or otherwise provide such information with us. All data is stored within the EU.

User Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing, including automated decision-making (see GDPR Article 22).

5. Automated Decisions

Jubble is an AI chatbot. As such, it may make automated decisions (e.g., candidate pre-selection). You have the right to request human review and to contest these decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and technologies associated with Mett's services are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use them without written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Some of our Services allow you to generate original content. Mett will not claim ownership over that content. You grant Mett an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this content to provide and improve our Services. You acknowledge that Mett may generate the same or similar content for others and that we reserve all rights to do so.

You will comply with applicable law in using generated content, which may require the provision of attribution to your users when returned as part of an API call. Use discretion before relying on generated content. You are responsible for your use of generated content, and for the use of that content by anyone you share it with.

Mett reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is." Mett does not guarantee that using our Services will result in hiring a candidate or finding a job. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn, payment processors). Use of these services is subject to their own terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will first be subject to amicable resolution, then to arbitration.
